Day 4 - Do Over!

Total loss: 15 lbs


Holy Wow!! 15lbs I made vanilla yogurt with crystal light fruit punch YUMMMM! So good! And surprisingly I cheated lol.. Cake and potato salad :P So anyways back on it full force today made extra breakfast and gallettes for the week.. wedding on Sunday, I have 3 or 4 more days on Attack.  Then on to Cruise only 33lbs to go! Fingers Crossed this time runs smoother!!!

Spicy Chicken Alfredo

1/2 package shiritaki noodles
1 Tb fat free ranch
Small chicken breast
Herb and garlic mrs dash and Hot sauce to taste
soy jalepeno cheese slice

Makes for a good substitute for Alfredo love it

I can not believe I am back up over the 200 mark. YUCK! Well as of yesterday I am back on it.. I am greatly dissappointed in myself.. I have a wedding next week hopefully in 9 days I can be closer to 190 lbs.. Sadly I was at 189 lbs when I lost track.. its only a 10lbs gain but WTF was eating lol.. Fingers crossed I want to be 155 lbs by next summer!!

Day 16

So Im back on track to losing however I gained a pound over the weekend and have almost lost it.. Ive been drinking a ton of Green tea and water! Im going to do this I want to be at leasT 185 by the end of this month and hopefully starting in the 170s in July!! Fingers crossed for me!! Im gonna get this done!!

Getting back on the wagon

I made two epic fails today.. A gourmet cupcake and garlic toast! So mad at my self! However I'm hittin' it full force tomorrow! My house is very unlevel and my scale was in the wrong spot.. I weighed 176 I died and it has made me reevaluate my priorities!! No more crap I'm back at this tomorrow full force!

Day 15

Weekends you are my down fall... I gained a lbs 190.6lbs im getting back on it this week my ideal weight goal is at least 185 by the end of June if not more.. I tried raspberry cheesecake to turned out pretty decent :) but I'm gonna keep that stuff to a minimum...

Dukan Choco-Bran Muffin :)

I decided to try a recipe today! And Phenomenal!!!!! I used this recipe
Choco-Muffin
but I switch all that cocoa for 50g of chocolate jello and added 10g of cocoa and 4 scoops of Stevia!!
Love it if you can try it I would!!

Day 13

So I'm out at the inlaws and I can't weigh myself, kind of a tragedy... Oh well! I had some cookies I probably shouldn't have had last night anyways... Well I'm really enjoying the dukan pancake I make mine with Stevia and cinnamon to taste!!! So yummy and sometimes I put cream cheese with cocoa on it absolutely delish!!!! Well I'll be saying in tomorrow fingers crossed it's a good one.. No high hopes.. Lol

Cant sleep..

That is my bmi I am officially just overweight now.. And all the bad reviews on this diet are depressing.. It has brought my confidence back in just a week and a half.. Dr Dukan thank you where ever u are I have never had so much self restraint in my life and almost weigh less than my husband again.. On this plan I'm not starving and craving i am so much happier for it and I am going to keep plugging away only 36.5lbs to go!!

holy mother of g!$! I lost 2lbs since yesterday I was not expecting that much of a jump in this phase!! I'm so excited I think this diet may be working for me!! And I hope it works for all u out there waging ur wars on ur spare tires!!! Thank you Dr Dukan I only have 34.5lbs to go till my goal and I'm focused! I even had a pea sized crum of my hubbies muffin yesterday! I seriously love this diet

My True weight

It took me a while to add this because I forgot I had it lol but here it is!! I spent 7 days on the attack phase and was under 195lbs before I arrived at my cruise phase!

Day 11

Starting weight: 200.2lbs

My weight loss is still pretty decent. I fried some shrimp in some garlic and salt free garlic and herb spice!! I am soooooooooo hoping that this can keep up till I reach the 170s! I would be ecstatic! I haven't tried any new recipes yet.. but I can feel the boredom settling in! If any one is out there reading any suggestions?!

Well day 10 and aI am still completely impressed with this diet! I have been bigger since I was about 9 this battle has been plaguing me for 12-13 years and i may finally be beginning to have a handle on it! Here's hoping! I can not wait to break into the 180's that make me so happy! I am not going to say it is easy it is a complete challenge! But this weight loss is worth it! I would love weight loss to continue at this rate!

Holy Eff!! I can not believe it! I stepped on the scale and 2lbs lighter today! Thats awesome! I am so happy that this diet is working I made the Dukan pizza in the book and it was actually quiet good! I put ham on it instead, loved it! I am have told all my friends about it! And Im losing my cellulite and my love handles in a week! Almost too good to be true! I would recommend this to anyone! And to top it off I think I will be 180lbs by my cousins wedding and maybe 170 by my husbands Best Friends wedding so pumped!!

So I caved yesterday, and had taco time after a long day of fence buildin and babysitting I broke.. Guess what I was so hungry I ate it but it wasnt satisfying! so happy about that back on attack phase today but I stayed the same.. Made the greatest roast ever with low sodium beef broth garlic and shallots so worth it!! I start my cruise phase tomorrow. So pumped!

Well I'm officially down to 194.9lbs yesterday I was 194.8lbs so I fluctuated slightly but I took a boat load and vitamins and ate I like 10 so we shall see what tomorrow brings I'm so stoked I've surpassed what I reach when I was just calorie counting and working out! We're building a fence today also which will be a pretty good work out this is my second last day of the attack Phase I wonder what tomorrow will bring Starting weight: 200.2lbs

I try every morning to have the Dukan gulea(sp?) and some meat I've been cooking many of the recipes from th book with a few exceptions!

Okay so seeing as I had lost 3lbs already, when I stepped on the scale this morning I was not expecting to see any significant change... Well that scale read 195, I had to get off and check again sure enough 195 twice. HOLY EFF!!!! 5lbs in three days!! I never lost this much with calorie counting and exercise! I'm so happy! and I still have 4 whole days to go on the Attack phase(1)

So I had originally started the 17 day diet back in January when I had heard about the Dukan Diet and was sad to find that it was not available in Canada! Well 4 days ago I stumbled upon it in Wal-mart and was pumped!  Here I am 2.5 days in and I'm not starving not craving junk... and 3lbs down as of this morning!!
I have four more days to go! The website said my attack phase should be 6 days but I don't see how one more day will hurt! I really feel strongly about this choice and am going to look fabulous!
