Day 15

Weekends you are my down fall... I gained a lbs 190.6lbs im getting back on it this week my ideal weight goal is at least 185 by the end of June if not more.. I tried raspberry cheesecake to turned out pretty decent :) but I'm gonna keep that stuff to a minimum...
Breakfast: chock-bran muffin
Slice of low fat turkey
Lunch...
Supper...
