Spicy Chicken Alfredo

1/2 package shiritaki noodles
1 Tb fat free ranch
Small chicken breast
Herb and garlic mrs dash and Hot sauce to taste
soy jalepeno cheese slice

Makes for a good substitute for Alfredo love it
