So I caved yesterday, and had taco time after a long day of fence buildin and babysitting I broke.. Guess what I was so hungry I ate it but it wasnt satisfying! so happy about that back on attack phase today but I stayed the same.. Made the greatest roast ever with low sodium beef broth garlic and shallots so worth it!! I start my cruise phase tomorrow. So pumped!
