Day 4 - Do Over!

SW: 203.5 lbs
CW: 188 lbs
GW: 155 lbs
Total loss: 15 lbs


Holy Wow!! 15lbs I made vanilla yogurt with crystal light fruit punch YUMMMM! So good! And surprisingly I cheated lol.. Cake and potato salad :P So anyways back on it full force today made extra breakfast and gallettes for the week.. wedding on Sunday, I have 3 or 4 more days on Attack.  Then on to Cruise only 33lbs to go! Fingers Crossed this time runs smoother!!!

Spicy Chicken Alfredo

1/2 package shiritaki noodles
1 Tb fat free ranch
Small chicken breast
Herb and garlic mrs dash and Hot sauce to taste
soy jalepeno cheese slice

Makes for a good substitute for Alfredo love it

I can not believe I am back up over the 200 mark. YUCK! Well as of yesterday I am back on it.. I am greatly dissappointed in myself.. I have a wedding next week hopefully in 9 days I can be closer to 190 lbs.. Sadly I was at 189 lbs when I lost track.. its only a 10lbs gain but WTF was eating lol.. Fingers crossed I want to be 155 lbs by next summer!!

Day 16

Starting weight: 200.2lbs

So Im back on track to losing however I gained a pound over the weekend and have almost lost it.. Ive been drinking a ton of Green tea and water! Im going to do this I want to be at leasT 185 by the end of this month and hopefully starting in the 170s in July!! Fingers crossed for me!! Im gonna get this done!!

Getting back on the wagon

I made two epic fails today.. A gourmet cupcake and garlic toast! So mad at my self! However I'm hittin' it full force tomorrow! My house is very unlevel and my scale was in the wrong spot.. I weighed 176 I died and it has made me reevaluate my priorities!! No more crap I'm back at this tomorrow full force!

Day 15

Weekends you are my down fall... I gained a lbs 190.6lbs im getting back on it this week my ideal weight goal is at least 185 by the end of June if not more.. I tried raspberry cheesecake to turned out pretty decent :) but I'm gonna keep that stuff to a minimum...

Dukan Choco-Bran Muffin :)

I decided to try a recipe today! And Phenomenal!!!!! I used this recipe
Choco-Muffin
but I switch all that cocoa for 50g of chocolate jello and added 10g of cocoa and 4 scoops of Stevia!!
Love it if you can try it I would!!
