Day 4

Starting weight: 200.2lbs
Goal weight: 155lbs


Okay so seeing as I had lost 3lbs already, when I stepped on the scale this morning I was not expecting to see any significant change... Well that scale read 195, I had to get off and check again sure enough 195 twice. HOLY EFF!!!! 5lbs in three days!! I never lost this much with calorie counting and exercise! I'm so happy! and I still have 4 whole days to go on the Attack phase(1)

True Weight: 157.9lbs
Today: 195.0lbs

Attack phase: 4 days

Today 5lbs lighter
