I am greatly dissappointed in myself.. I have a wedding next week hopefully in 9 days I can be closer to 190 lbs.. Sadly I was at 189 lbs when I lost track.. its only a 10lbs gain but WTF was eating lol.. And Phenomenal!!!!! I can not believe it! I stepped on the scale and 2lbs lighter today! Thats awesome! I am so happy that this diet is working I made the Dukan pizza in the book and it was actually quiet good! I put ham on it instead, loved it! I am have told all my friends about it! And Im losing my cellulite and my love handles in a week! Almost too good to be true! I would recommend this to anyone! Well 4 days ago I stumbled upon it in Wal-mart and was pumped! &amp;nbsp;Here I am 2.5 days in and I'm not starving not craving junk... and 3lbs down as of this morning!!&lt;br /&gt;I have four more days to go! The website said my attack phase should be 6 days but I don't see how one more day will hurt!
